Established in 2017

What started as a passion for great food with Campfire Grill in 2017 has grown into Sixon Concessions — a collection of food trucks serving bold flavors and handcrafted meals.

Launching Sixon in 2023 was our way of expanding the vision and bringing our kitchens on wheels to even more communities across the US. From barbecue and comfort food to classic street favorites, our goal is simple: serve incredible food and create great moments wherever we go.

Co-Founders

Darren and Jenn are the dynamic duo behind Sixon Foods, bringing decades of hospitality experience and a shared love of great food to every event they serve. Darren has been in the restaurant industry since he was 15, working his way from dishwasher to restaurant manager and Director of Operations for a restaurant franchise. Along the way he's traveled the world, exploring food cultures in more than 60 countries and bringing that inspiration back to the kitchen. Together with Jenn, they've built Sixon Foods around a simple idea: serve great food, treat people well, and create memorable experiences wherever the truck rolls up.

Executive Chef

Executive Chef Warren brings the culinary firepower to the Sixon team. An Art Institute Honors Culinary Graduate, Warren has built his career around one simple idea: great food should bring people together. From preparing meals at community kitchens to appearing on television and cooking at large-scale fundraisers and events, he's spent years perfecting his craft and serving others through food. Now at Sixon, Warren is taking the menu to the next level — combining high-quality ingredients, creative flavors, and a passion for hospitality to deliver unforgettable meals whether you're grabbing a bite at the truck or hosting an event for hundreds.

Pit Master & Grill Chef

Dell grew up cooking over open fire in the backyard and never stopped. With a background in competition barbecue and years of experience running high-volume grills at festivals and outdoor events across the Southwest, he brings serious smoke and flame expertise to the Sixon kitchen. Dell's philosophy is simple: patience, fire, and quality cuts do most of the talking. When he's not behind the grill, he's experimenting with regional rubs and sauces that keep the menu fresh and the regulars coming back.
